1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Pocket Yatra website and purchase of travel services, holiday packages, accommodation, transportation, activities and related services. By using the website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, making a payment or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

Pocket Yatra arranges travel services supplied by independent airlines, hotels, resorts, transportation providers, activity operators, tour operators, destination management companies and other travel suppliers (Suppliers). Individual services may be delivered by the relevant Supplier and may be subject to Supplier terms in addition to these Terms.

3. Website Information

Destinations, itineraries, photographs, hotel descriptions, activities, inclusions and prices are provided for general information. Photographs may be representative. Itineraries and services may change based on availability, operating schedules, weather, local circumstances and customer requirements. The final services are those stated in the accepted quotation and booking confirmation.

4. Package Pricing

Website prices may be starting-from or indicative prices and are not necessarily the final price for your dates. Prices can change due to airline fares, hotel availability, seasonality, exchange rates, supplier pricing, taxes, government charges and requested changes. The final price is provided in a quotation based on dates, travellers, selected services and availability.

5. Quotation Validity

Each quotation may specify a Quote Valid Until date/time. A quotation is not a confirmed booking until required payment has been received and Pocket Yatra or the relevant Supplier confirms the requested services. Expired quotations may require reconfirmation of price and availability.

6. Booking & Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed when the quotation is accepted, required payment is received and Pocket Yatra or the relevant Supplier confirms the requested services. Payment alone does not guarantee a service where Supplier confirmation remains pending.

7. Payment

Payments must be made through the method specified by Pocket Yatra. Payment facilities may be provided through third-party providers including Razorpay. Payment is subject to successful receipt of funds and applicable payment-provider terms. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in loss of availability or pricing.

8. Authorized Payment Link

Pocket Yatra payment link: razorpay.me/@pocketyatra. Customers should pay only against a valid quotation or payment request issued by Pocket Yatra.

9. Flights

Air tickets are subject to airline fare rules, baggage conditions, cancellation policies and other applicable conditions. Schedules, fares, seats and availability can change before ticket issuance. After issuance, changes, cancellations, refunds and reissues are subject to airline rules and charges.

10. Hotels & Accommodation

Hotel bookings are subject to availability and property conditions. Room categories, meals, check-in/out, extra beds, child policies, deposits and other conditions vary. Special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

11. Transfers, Tours & Activities

Transfers, sightseeing and activities are subject to Supplier operating conditions. Timings, routes and availability may change due to weather, safety or operational reasons. Activities may have eligibility requirements.

12. Customer Changes

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and Supplier rules. Additional costs may apply for flights, hotels, transfers, activities, upgrades, dates, passenger details or traveller numbers.

13. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Charges depend on the booking components and Supplier policies. Different components may have different deadlines and penalties and some may be non-refundable.

14. Refunds

Where a refund is due, Pocket Yatra will process the eligible refund after receiving or confirming the corresponding Supplier refund where applicable. Processing times vary. Refunds generally return to the original payment method. Third-party charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

15. Visa & Immigration

Customers are responsible for obtaining required passports, visas, permits and travel documents. Pocket Yatra may provide general assistance where offered but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa and government charges may be non-refundable.

16. Travel Insurance

Pocket Yatra strongly recommends appropriate travel insurance. Customers should review coverage and exclusions. Pocket Yatra is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by appropriate insurance.

17. Delays, Cancellations & Disruptions

Suppliers may change or cancel services. Pocket Yatra will make reasonable efforts to assist and communicate alternatives. Additional costs are handled under applicable Supplier policies. Pocket Yatra does not control airline schedules, weather, airports or Supplier decisions.

18. Force Majeure

Pocket Yatra is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, border or airport closures and other extraordinary events. Reasonable assistance will be provided in accordance with Supplier policies.

19. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, pay on time, check travel documents, arrive on time, follow Supplier rules and local laws, take care of belongings and follow safety instructions.

20. Third-Party Suppliers

Pocket Yatra works with independent Suppliers and does not own or control every Supplier's operations. Supplier-specific terms may apply to individual bookings.

21. Complaints During Travel

Customers should report problems promptly to the relevant Supplier and Pocket Yatra so reasonable efforts can be made to resolve them during the trip.

22. Limitation of Liability

Pocket Yatra will use reasonable care in arranging travel services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pocket Yatra is not responsible for losses arising directly from circumstances outside its reasonable control or acts/omissions of independent Suppliers. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Website Errors

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but typographical, pricing, technical or outdated-information errors may occur. Material errors discovered before confirmation may be corrected and the correct price or service details provided.

24. Privacy & Communication

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and may be shared as necessary with Suppliers and payment processors to fulfil bookings. Booking communications may occur by WhatsApp, email, phone or SMS.

25. Changes to Terms

Pocket Yatra may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will show its effective date. Terms applicable to confirmed bookings will generally be those communicated at booking, subject to applicable law.

26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Pocket Yatra services.
